Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of Respund, a comment management tool operated by Agit, a digital marketing agency based in Mexico. By connecting a social media account to Respund you agree to them.
1. What Respund does
Respund collects the comments left on the social accounts you authorize, presents them in a single moderation inbox, drafts suggested replies for your team to review, publishes the replies your team approves, and hides comments matching the moderation rules you configure.
2. Your account and authorization
You may connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage on the owner's behalf. You are responsible for keeping that authorization valid and for the actions taken by the members of your team inside Respund.
3. Your content
The comments, replies and brand configuration in your workspace remain yours. You grant Agit the limited permission to process them solely to operate the service described above.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Respund to:
- Publish spam, bulk repetitive replies, harassment, or unlawful content.
- Hide or delete comments in a way that breaks the rules of the social network involved.
- Access accounts you are not authorized to manage.
- Extract or resell data obtained through the service.
Respund is used alongside third-party networks, and their own terms and policies apply to everything published through them. We may suspend an account that puts our platform access at risk.
5. AI-generated suggestions
Reply suggestions are generated automatically and may be inaccurate. A person on your team reviews and approves every reply before it is published, and you remain responsible for what is published under your brand.
6. Availability
We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features that depend on a third-party network can change or stop working if that network changes or revokes its API.
7. Fees
Pricing, billing periods and any trial terms are agreed in writing with each brand before the service starts.
8. Termination
You may disconnect an account or stop using Respund at any time. On termination we revoke the stored tokens with the network and delete the data associated with that account, as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Agit is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of Respund. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico.
